Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions (T&C) apply to any dealings with Belle Home. If you choose to place an order at www.bellehome.co.uk, you therefore agree to accept these T&C.
We may need to change these T&C occasionally so please review them before placing any subsequent orders.
Please email any queries relating to our T&C to customerservices@bellehome.co.uk before placing your order.
Any personal information provided to Belle Home when ordering goods must be accurate and complete with respect to name, email address, delivery address and credit or debit card details. The credit or debit card used must be your own and there must be adequate funding available in your account to cover the full transaction value.
An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you gave at time of order within 24 hours and will give details of product(s) ordered, transaction value (including P&P) and delivery address.
The purchasing area of our site uses the secure server PayPal and we accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Switch and Solo.
Please note that a Paypal account is not required - just fill in your debit/credit card details at the checkout.
The full transaction value will be charged to your card upon placement of your order.
If you would prefer to pay by cheque please email us at sales@bellehome.co.uk with the details of the item you would like to order and we will reply with further instructions.
There is a standard charge of £3.99 for postage and packing for all UK and Northern Ireland deliveries (excludes Channel Islands).
We will only include one P&P charge of £3.99 at the checkout regardless of how many items you order.
There is no delivery charge for orders over £200.
We aim to despatch your order as soon as possible but please normally allow 10-14 days for delivery from order date. Products on large orders may sometimes be despatched separately.
We do not deliver outside of the UK.
We are sure that you will be delighted with your purchase - however we operate a full money back guarantee and we will always refund any item you are not happy with provided it is returned in its original unused condition and original packaging.
Please email us at customerservices@bellehome.co.uk WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT stating reason for return, to obtain a returns reference number, and include this in your returns parcel together with your original despatch note. This will enable us to process your refund quickly.
Items must be returned within 14 days. We will not refund returns received after the 14 days expires unless we have previously confirmed by email with the customer that we will do this.
Returns must be posted to Belle Home, 49 Cardinal Avenue, Morden, Surrey, SM4 4SZ.
Please request and retain proof of postage from the Post Office for your returned item as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
We will refund all returns within 14 days of receipt. Please note that Belle Home is not able to refund the cost of returns postage.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS - We do not like to disappoint our customers and will always inspect all items before despatch. However in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, in the first instance you will need to email us at customerservices@bellehome.co.uk WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT stating what the faulty/damaged issue is. Belle Home will be happy to refund or replace any faulty or damaged goods.
All product prices shown will apply at order point. However we reserve the right to change prices at any future date and without prior notice.
We do our best to provide accurate images for all products on sale. However we cannot be held responsible or liable for slight variations in colour due to factors such as browsers, monitor colour contrasts, etc.
We can not be held responsible for any product or price details displayed on third party websites, shopping directories or any other documents not published by Belle Home. The only prices that will apply are those that appear on www.bellehome.co.uk.
